New Patient Journey
Our aim is to ensure that everyone we treat experiences exceptional levels of service. We thrive to achieve this by bringing together highly experienced specialists coupled with the latest technology and a friendly caring staff.
- Your initial appointment involves meeting your dentist, fill in a medical history questionnaire and undergo an examination. As we value each patient as an individual, we take extra time to get to know you and establish what you would really like in terms of your dental care.
- Our clinical and radiological examinations come next, followed by bespoke treatment options. These are discussed with you beforehand, to make sure you're as happy as we are.
- Once on your journey we will treat you as part of the Dentiq family, to ensure you will always feel at ease and to have a seamless and enjoyable experience
- When your treatment is over, we're pretty confident that we'll have got everything right. However, to be on the safe side, we continue seeing patients for post treatment review - a process which sometimes finishes two years after the end of treatment.
- Throughout, we'll be available any time of day, any day of the week, at the other end of the phone; to make sure any worries you have are completely settled.
